Duties and Responsibilities:
Experienced in reconciliation of Supplier statement of Accounts.
Experienced in reconciliation of Bank Statement.
Preparation of daily Cash report.
Accounting of suppliers invoices.
Preparation of letter of Credit, Trade receipt.
PO (Purchase Order) preparation in absence of Procurement Officer
Collection of Payment of from the Clients, Preparing cheque to the Suppliers.
Preparation of Invoices, Debit Note, Credit Note
Salary payment to the Employees
Preparation of Payment Certificate of Sub-Contractors., Resolve Invoice Discrepancies
Produce Monthly Reports & Assist in Month-End Closing.
Initiates physical stock/inventory count & Conducting internal audits, physical stock taking & reconciliation
Prepare day to day bank transactions, Coordinate with bank authorities, auditors and ensure proper compliance with all statutory regulations & company policies & procedures
Review and confirm payroll related calculations including deduction, staff benefits etc.
Knowledge in Insurance Policy & Claims
Act as Administration and Representative of Company for Government Transaction
