  15. اولا قبل كل شي عند قبولى من قبل مدير الموقع عن اكون مشرف فى المنتدى الذى استفدت منه جدا اتذكر كلمة قالها لى رد واجتهد وانشر الافاده ولا تنتظر الشكر ولا تبحث عنها .. وانا الان اشكر الزميل العزيز الاستاذ علاء على تنبيهى والاتصال بي عبر الموبايل من اجل تنبيهى على رد الاستاذ عبد العزي بانة صاحب الملف ومعرفش اية الاسطوانة لانه ملف مش اسطوانة وانا وجدت هذا الملف عند زميل لى واستاذنت منة فى نشره وكمان فى ارفاقة بالمندى وكان هذفى هو افادة الزملاء من اكبر المشكلات التى ممكن تواجة محاسب عند التخرج ولم انتظر رد الشكر او ما شابه ولم اشر مطلقا الى اننى صاحب هذ الملف وحتى وان كان اسمي متضمن للملف وبعدين الزملاء المعترضين على هذا الملف المادة العلمية هل هى اختراع ... الزملاء نحن لا نخترع محاسبة فالمادة فى الكتب وعند اهل الخبرة وكلمة منتدى هى حسب معلوماتى حلقى نفاش نتلاقي فيها من احل الافادة فالهم لدينا هو الافاده وبصراحة انا لمه شفت الملف مره عجبنى جدا وحضر الى ذهنى جميع المنتديات المحاسبية ال انا مشارك فيها ونزلتة ولك اعرف اعرف ا عبد العزيز ولم اكن اعرف انها Cd وقلت فى اول الملف هذا الكلام ((( الزملاء الاعزاء ... لديكم ملف يقوم بشرح المحاسبة أو أهم النقاط الهامة فى المحاسبة بطريقة س و ج واخري واهم الأسئلة التى تحدث بالمقابلات ... نرجوا من الله الافادة))) وممكن تتاكدوا من الرابط للملف فى اول مشاركة وفى النهاية كلمة للاستاذ عبد العزيز اننى لم اكن اعرف مصدر الملف والماده المحاسبية الموجوده به كما قلت قلت سابقا عى موجوده فى الكتب واعند اهل الخبرة و وبعدين انا مخذتش الملف وبعتة الى الى المحاسبين واخذت علية اموالا واحدى الزملاء المحاسبين تحذث معى عن هذا الملف قبلك بشهور وقلت له ان هذا الملف مجمع وكان رده فعلا لاننا لا نخترع محاسبة استاذ عبد العزيز ان كان الملف ملفك فهل تعتقد ان الماده المحاسبية مادتك سوال محتاج الى اجابة ومع هذا لو كنت اعلم انه ملفك لكنت اخذت اذنك قبل نشر الملف مثلما فعلت مع الشخص الذى كنت اظن انه صاحب الملف لاننى كان هذفى هو افادة الزملاء جميعهم ولك يكن يهمنى من هو صاحب الملف بل مره اخري كان هذفى الاففادة فقط وفقط لا غير ولا اريد من وراءه شهره بل هلى الافادة الى زملائى المحاسبين ولكنك منعت هذه الافادة بكلامك كان من الممكن تتصل بي وصدقنى سوف اضع اسمك واوضح بدلا من ايقاف الملف وايقاف الفائده للزملاء وهذه هو المطلوب

  19. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم آسف على تلك الأسئلة البسيطة فأنا حديث العهد بمجال تأسيس الشركات . 1-يعنى إيه شركـــــــــــــات الواقع ؟ كيف تنشأ ؟ أريــــــــــد ضرب مثال عليها ؟ كيف تعامل ضريبيا ؟ . وهل تخضع للإعفاء الضريبيى بقيمة 5000 أم لا !!! وهل مثيلاتها من الشركات كالتضامن والتوصية لا تخضع للإعفاء مثلها ؟ 2- أريد تفصيلا لما جاء فى قانون8 الخاص بتأسيس الشركات وقانون 8 المعدل لسنة 2007 والفرق بينهم !!!! 3_ هل هناك إختلاف بين قولى .... منشأة فردية .... وقولى شركـــــــة .... ما الفرق فى حجم رأس المال بين الإثنين ؟؟؟ ما الفرق فى المعاملة الضريبية .... هل ضرورى أن تمسك المنشأة الفردية دفاتر منتظمة أم لا . 4 -يعنى إيه دفاتر منتظمة ودفاتر غير منتظمة ... وفى النهايــــــــــــــــــــة نرجو من الإخوة الأفاضل لو ينشأوا قسمــــــــا لتأسيس الشركــــــــات ,,,, وجزاكم الله عنا خـــــــير ,,,,,
