أَمَرَ النبيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بمكافأة من صنع إلينا معروفاً فقال : ( مَنْ صَنَعَ إِلَيْكُمْ مَعْرُوفًا فَكَافِئُوهُ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدُوا مَا تُكَافِئُونَهُ فَادْعُوا لَهُ حَتَّى تَرَوْا أَنَّكُمْ قَدْ كَافَأْتُمُوهُ)
رواه أبو داود . وصححه الألباني في صحيح أبي داود .
